Kyle has worked on cases, which resulted in over $12,000,000 in verdicts and settlements during his tenure at one of the oldest and most respected firms in Louisville, as well as the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Because of his experience in various trials and settlements, he decided he had the skills and abilities to start his own firm. Kyle currently represents individuals in a wide range of cases, including those against large corporations, employers of all sizes, and insurance companies across the Commonwealth.

Kyle graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and moved to Louisville to pursue a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. It was during law school when Kyle began clerking at one of the most respected personal injury firms in Kentucky and earned a position as an associate attorney.
